Mr. Fricks,

This is a very belated thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help in helping Anna and me find a home. We love our house and enjoying living in the big D. Anna is liking school as much as any 9 year old does, but she's making good grades. She's also taking gymnastics. We also have found a church we like, Methodist Church on Beltline.

Mr. Fricks, I will never be able to express my appreciation for all your help and kindness. We will always remember you.

Please keep in touch. I would love to  hear how you, your family and those wonderful foster children are doing.

Fondly,
Karin Blackard

Dear Mr. Fricks,

I love our house but I don't like my teacher at school but the years almost over so I don't have to suffer much longer, well got to go.

Thank you so much,
Anna

Richard,

I wanted to follow up and say thanks for hanging in there for Ms. Green's Short Sale. It is always a bit of a process and I appreciate you professionalism and diligence. I hope to work with you again.

Respectfully,

Shawn
